*****The Tuesday class for 5 to 7 year olds and the Tuesday class for 8 to 12 year olds are now fully booked. We are operating a waiting list for another event in Killaloe and will publish it here when that is available.****

ArtFarm has begun! We offer classes in Killaloe and the surrounding area. ArtFarm offers classes for all ages from preschool through to adults. The classes are divided by age range for children, though ArtFarm will also offer adult classes in the near future.

The classes will cover arts and crafts, messy play as well as the foundations of Fine art for older children and adults.

The process of learning at ArtFarm is more important than the results. An undue focus on achievement-oriented activities Deirdre believes, tends to thwart the natural outgrowth of play.

“Children are happy and secure when they have plenty of opportunities to succeed each day”, Deirdre states.

The KIllaloe classes take place at Clarecare centre beginning Tuesday Novemeber 9th for six weeks.

4-4.55 pm5 to 7 year olds
5-5.55pm8 to 12 year olds
7.30pm – 8.30pm13-15 year olds

Six weeks for €60, all materials included.

      Hi Deirdre,
So sorry that a Tues isn’t free for my kids to attend. Just wondering if you have childrens classes anywhere else on another day. I live in Bodyke.

        Hi Noreen,
Thanks for your enquiry. I am currently on the lookout for a suitable venue, possibly Scariff if there is a centre/hall there that would be available. If you sign up to the newsletter on the website you will find out as soon as that happens.
        Warmest regards,
        Deirdre

Classes are going ahead in Scariff, starting next Wednesday, 4-5pm for 5 to 8 year olds and 5-6pm for 9 to 12 year olds. Hope this suits,
        Regards,
        Deirdre
